It's been a dry time for me... My older (50ish) coworkers keep trying to set me up with their friends' daughters, but they really have no idea what a 23 year old guy is looking for.
And I've discovered that a 50 year-old woman's idea of what makes a "gorgeous" or "beautiful" girl is totally, completely, and utterly different than that of a 20ish guy. I think older women are waaayyyy too liberal with their complementary adjectives when they describe someone...

so this weekend was bhangra blowout, a traditional punjabi dance competition involving other schools, such as NYU, U-PENN, South carolina, etc... Show was great, the ladies were better, got a few compliments from the ladies at the show of my "newish look" bullshit. so went to one of the many after parties, talked to alot of ladies, but none really interested me. got 2 numbers, blah.
it was quite strange though, i played the nice guy role that night, a few people i knew at the party, were married, and i saw a few really drunk ass guys hitting on these married ladies, and i saw these laides not liking the company of the guys hitting on them, due to the fact that these guys were calling them bitches and hoes (that is definatly one thing i learned from my sisters is to NEVER do that to someone you dont know), so i abruptly jump in and tell the dumbasses at they are married nshit, and apparntly that was a good idea. blah blah blah.
overall - still got nothin. those 2 ladies, no-potential. sorry, but its the truth.
