Failed emissions miserably.
I knew my fuel pressure was entirey too high because of the Walbro pump, but i went and tested it anyways. Hydrocarbons were 1.83 of 0.86 allowed, and Carbon Monoxide was 77.3 of 12.4 or something allowed.
h:
Went and bought a B&M Afpr, and the B&M Guage, but for some reason, i can't drop my fuel pressure below 39psi. I wanted to drop it to around 30-34 for emissions, but it's all the way screwed out, and 39psi is it.

Try advancing your timing a degree or 2. And yes, the Walbro pump is probably causing you to run rich, but not because of pressure...because it flows more volume. The FPR controls pressure.
