Where are these polls taken? Are the same people asked all the time?

I've never been part of or heard of anyone being a part of a poll like this.

They're polls of people who have a land-based telephone, randomly called throughout the US. Thus, they fail to get a disporportionally large amount of the youth populace that have cell-phones only.

And you know, it was such a surprising amount that Bush did end up winnning that those polls were soooo far off. That whopping 1% lead was so monumental, it was amazing that they were sooo far off with their prediction.

Of all the people I knew who voted for Bush, I could comfortably say that a significant portion of them were doing it because A) They "didn't want to change the horse in midstream", and B) Thought we would lose the "War on Terror" by showing distrust in our leadership. Once the trumpets of war are gone, what else is left to float this bankrupt administration through?

The good old Washington Post. Their polls and articles are almost as unbiased as the New York Times.

The facts in the article still stand, despide the questionable commentary that surrounds it.

Hehehe... I love of certain people write off polls they don't believe in as "liberal media bias" when every polling institution is noting a decline in Bush's approval rating. ABC has put his approval at 43% even, and they're a very firmly to-the-right group.

Face it... Bush is turning off classic Republicans with his insanity now, and it's all thanks to the Christian Conservative movement that put him into power. Now it will be interesting to see if his loyalities will fall with his party of his religion?

And I don't mean Christianity in general... Just the reborn evangelical Christ and USA first kind...
