Add/adhd
i hate it... i usualy dont take my meds (ritalin LA) cause by the time i would take its like 1 or 2, and since it lasts 12 hours it means that i wont even start to feel tired until 2 or so in the morning.... so no dice.
but today i needed to get this stuff done so i took it, and now since i havent used it for like 3 months it's making me freek out...
my hands are going nuts and i feel like my head is clear and empty... it is nuts what this stuff does to you after you have worked out of your tolerance...
anyone else ever have this problem?
i figured i'd eat some more maybe that'd slow how my body takes it in...

Ritalin is bad stuff, I don't think you could ever convince me to take it.
I suffer ADD but I have dealt with it for so long I don't even think of it as serious until I notice how badly I get distracted for hours and days at a time

I have never been "diagnosed" but I definately have major problems concentrating, focusing, sitting still for long periods of time, etc. But since I've never gone to a doctor, I have never taken meds... I don't want to :nervous:

h:i really just use it to ake the edge off, but man, does it mess you up first time back
I havent taken any medicine for it since I was 15 (im now 21) . Personally I like to think that its something I can control as long as I try to stay motivated in whatever task im doing. I'll admit, its pretty tough without meds though, which has made me wonder how im going to make it through college should i decide to go.
