Hi Greg, As a result of lack of communication and information parts of the call center is confused as to what are this years plan for us. I was wondering if you can give us a precise and concrete answer as to what will happen to us and how?

it's possible ... some of these questions are called "baited". basically, by answering them, the person is admitting to something else. for example:

"As a result of lack of communication and information parts of the call center is confused as to what are this years plan for us."
- Greg may not see a lack of communication on his part. He could think everything is perfectly okay, but by answering this question ... he admits to a fault

I was wondering if you can give us a precise and concrete answer as to what will happen to us and how?
- Greg may have given a good answer on his end, but when he replies to this, he admits to giving a poor response in the past.

I'll help ya clean this up ... one second.

one sec.

Hi Greg,

The call center is not fully informed of the New Year's plan. This includes how the plan will affect the group. Could you share more of your knowledge on the topic? I would like to make sure the content being shared among the associates is accurate.

Thanks for your time,

Tark McTarkstein

well they accepted the original question and you were right i dont think he enjoyed the first part of it as his answer was:

Tarek : Hi Greg, As a result of lack of communication and information parts of the call center is confused as to what are this years plan for us. I was wondering if you can give us a precise and concrete answer as to what will happen to us and how?
--> Greg Root : Hi Tarek, thanks for the question. I'm a little concerned about the fact that you do not feel that you know where we are going as a business unit. I will give you a brief answer here regarding our key focus areas & then I will make sure that we provide a synopsis of the business plan on...

At least he now is aware that their is a problem regarding communication....

Ha! je crois que tu doit etre la seule personne sur ce forum qui ne savait pas que l'Anglais n'est pas ma langue maternelle. C'est triste que tu ne comprends absolument pas ce que j'ecris... tant pis.
