go to www.download.com

download 'spybot: search & Destroy'

and download "Hijack this" run it, and post what it tells you.

try using IE instead of firefox. I use IE when running that, but firefox for everything else

scroll allllllll the way to the bottom of the page and look at the lower left hand corner of your screen
