Default oh yea, bought a car yesterday

1989 chevrolet celeberty. v-6, 120000 miles, all the hubcaps. sony headunit. $500. offical beater vehical. will take pics soon after pic up.

Yup that's a beater. One of my friends use to have one and he ran it into the ground during the winters. Served him well.

It's automatically a beater once it's badged a Chevy :chuckles:
But it's really sad when one of the selling points is "all the hubcaps".

yea the thing got some power.
it was only one owner, and for 500, it was really nothing, doesnt burn or leak. its so different driving that compared to the teg. feels like riding in a sofa. meh. now i can put the teg for sale. sigh.

its dieing, physically. too much rust at the rear wheel wells, the cv boots ripped recently, rear wheel bearing started to turn crap, motor mounts screwed up the ass, etc . . .. . . . its turing to shit. i love my car, but its been giving me shit too. 210000 miles, & im going to need something more reliable soon. i just dont want to put more money into it anymore, to keep it "normal."

yea i know, but it was from a friend, and i helped him out, and can come in some use for the family at home if something ever happens. extra car, 16 years old, almost nothing for insurance. meh.
