first things that come to mind are the height and the weight.

1) That won't fit in a typical case, so your either going to have to cut a massive hole in the side or keep the side panel off....
2) If you put that in a tower, it'll hang sideways. I wouldn't rely on the motherboard clips to hold that thing in place.

i bet it would fit in a standard tower. then you could just bolt it to the other side of the case.

I wouldn't trust it. It's screwed down to the motherboard... I wouldn't want that much weight resting on the motherboard.
