we run 3-5 miles 2x a week at PT

we had a fitness test today though, pushups + situps + 1.5 mile road course + 33 degrees + Running pretty hard = teh suck.

I maxed out my pushups and situps, and did ok on the run considering how cold it was.

i find it easier to run in the cold... I don't dehydrate as fast. I'd say anything above 25 or so is still good running weather.

I don't like running in the cold too much...my leg muscles tend to cramp faster for whatever reason.

I found out today with my class I can do 150 jumping jacks and still hold a conversation. And I mean a regular conversation, not like say 3 words <suck air> say another 3 words <suck air>
