That's gross-ness.

Why do you have pimples on your back? Steroids?

Get one of those little loofa's-on-a-stick so you can wash your back better, and use an anti-bacterial soap w/out conditioners and all that crap. (Like Dial or something)

Use that when you shower, it'll help out.

You probably aren't getting to all of the spots on your back, but even if you are the AXE bodywash most certainly has moisturizers, as well as the old spice wash or whatever; And with your big open pores and active "lifestyle," they just hold in all sorts of stuff.

Seriously, just try a good ol fashioned Dial anti-bacterial, no moisturizing shit or antyhing, bar of soap, lather up the loofa thing, and wash your back with that.

Oil and sweat glands.

The scented body washes like that can cause more breakouts.

...but the regular, non body wash, anti bacterial soaps can dry you out too much which your body will try to compensate for by producing more oil, therefore causing more breakouts.
