Buying a Condo with a wierd twist?
So I am looking at a condo but the wierd thing is they require me to use their agent... is that normal or what is going on with that?

more money for the agent i guess. maybe it's their friend, family member? :dunno:

I know a little from buying my own home but I would talk to a banker/broker. Since the rules/laws maybe different in your state.

lol funny funny guy see the problem is i have minimal credit history and make my cash playing poker... so to lock up a loan what % would i have to put down on it upfront any ideas?
