So what ever happened to that crap? Do people still hear cars that have em? Has there been a law passed to prevent this?
Has anyone ever even heard these first person, other than the video I've never heard one around here.?.

they were never legal in the first place, so i dont think they are around anymore.... some bull-ish about them being "modifying factory car systems involved in EPA bullstuff" or suttin... by modifying an exhaust at all i think its technically illegal... i dunno tho
