Default Removing Burns From Carpet

Ok, Quick Question

How do you remove burn marks from carpet? Do you have to cut the carpet out and replace it with a peice of the same carpet? Or is there a "magic" solution?

you can't fix it without replacing it... .if its only lightly singed, you can trim off the burnt threads with scissors.

there is really no solution to removing the burn mark from that blunt you dropped passing it to your friends on the couch. you'd have to replace the carpet.

I burnt my carpet with shisha coal at my old apartment. There were burn spots like all over the place cause 1 of the coal dropped and exploded some how... I didnt want to be stuck with paying for recarpeting so i just sublet the apartment 1 month before the end of the lease.

Thats the exact same thing that happened, the coal left me with a nice big burn mark.

did it break in pieces when it hit the ground? First time I've ever seen that... obviously trying to pick up the pieces was a bad idea so i just stepped on them... i think the guy who took the apartment had to get the whole living room recarpeted!

No, theres a nice big imprint of the coal, then a couple smaller burn marks from where some peices splintered.

But hey, my parents allow to me smoke up in my house, so they werent too upset, as long as they dont have to pay for anything
