My New Job!
So after the longest time of hating Home Depot and its depression, my buddy offered me a job over the weekend and I accepted and started yesterday. Classic part about it, I left Home Depot on Friday morning not knowing Id never be back. So I basically walked into HD last night, picked up my stuff and literally said "I'll be back on Friday to get my check."
So what I do now is machine and assemble steering stabilizers for street bike and dirtbikes/quads. I work for GPR Stabilizers (www.gprstabilizer.com). Its a small company of like 15 people including the owner and we all work but it feels more like hanging out with friends. There is Pizza Tuesday which the owner buys pizza for everyone, how cool is that? Its 3.5 miles from home, 7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri, weekly pay, and OT if wanted. Also, on race weekends, if we choose, we can cruise in the semi with all expenses paid, plus $100 cash each day we're there as long as we suit up in team gear and vend stabilizers on vendor row. All I can think about right now is FAWK HOME DEPOT. Sorry if this was just sentences put together but Im overly excited right now! Teehee
