Actually too much salamon is bad. It can cause high cholesterol. Same thing with shrimp.

I <3 sushi. But I haven't had any in 6 months. It's become one of those special occassion things, unfortunately. The best place for a sushi lunch around here was bought out by a korean lady who laid off the fully trained japanese sushi chefs to hire her husband and brother who can't select or cut fish for shit. So I stopped going when the quality went from excellent to ugh.
