Default Is it possible to organize fonts?

Like put them in different sub-folders or something. I want to put a whole bunch of fonts on this computer, but I would imagine it would be a PITA to see them all in one menu. This is for mainly graphics type work like Pagemaker, InDesign, or PS.

SPanks.
