Ok here'my problem. I have Norton Internet Security 2003. For some reason, my live update stopped working, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the program. Now when you're uninstalling it says, "if you plan on reinstalling this program then you should save settings" or something of that nature. Then you click on the box to save settings, and then you uninstall the program. I did all that and reinstalled it. Now the live update works, but when my firewall is enabled I can't access the internet. I have a cable modem by the way. Has this ever happenened to anyone? Does anyone know how I should configure the firewall inorder to get it to work?
