That house has about 2800 sq ft. It's in the range of $200-$215K

We want it exactly how it is built. Only differences we have said, tile floor in all bathrooms and the laundry room. Carpet padding will be 1/2 inch, and the carpet is a short shag tan color, very neutral and easily hides dirtyness. Countertops will be granite, and the appliances are going to be white. Stainless is cool, but it doesn't really blend with the wood and granite counters. Other than that, it should be good to go. Just waiting on finalizing. All rooms will be painted white. I paint everything myself because i do a much more thorough job and it will have more than one coat of paint sprayed on.

Wow thats awesome, I'm building a house and the range for that house is $207-220k. We got some good discounts so our's is $202k but its only 2,020 sq.ft! And we have no tile, granite countertops or anything fancy like that But its ok....

thats pretty damn cheap.
i think that would cost nearly a million here.
