was the included heat/gas in your lease? cause if it was then I would make sure you dont pay a damn dime for it until your lease is up and you sign a new lease. Also I live in a three level house with four people, and we never see more than 60-70 bucks a month to heat the whole house.

our gas bill every month is $17.73 it hasn't changed.



but it's only for our stove.

I spend more than $50/mo.

I can't read, I meant gasoline not natural gas.

This house runs about $75/mo for gas (stove, heater) and another $55-$75 for electricity.

Typical 3 bedroom CA house.
