I dont like HOAs either. If you if choose a property with one...follow the dang rules. When I am ready to buy a house, I am also going to try to find a place with a HOA h: I dont like the fees for one.

yeah dude, HOA is the worst. I bought a town home but since I can't park the truck in garage, I have to park it in guest parking. I wish I had my own house to be honest, but I can't afford 700+k now on some rundown hut.

I understand the rules and I have no problems with them. Its just that, this idiots should have left me a note or letter first before calling the towing company. I would have had no problem moving my truck on the street.

They probably have it stated in CCNR, and your HOA probably enforces them really heavily. We are seeing the same types of problems. People park in the red zone over night at times. We are currently debating whether calling the tow trucks are a good idea. Because no one wants to be the "bad guy." h:

10" lift on an expedition is like buying fancy clothes for a hooker.

Tony, what kind of loan did you go for, if you don't mind me asking? Put down a full 20% or did the 80/10/10?
