yeah if we decide to go to get it, im going to make it very clear that if that car were to sell before we come, i want them to call me. if i make a 3 hour drive and that car is gone, Acura of USA will be getting another long letter from a customer displeased with the way he was treated by this dealership h:

**** it dude.............i can not stand bad customer service at a dealership...........a car is the 2nd largest purchase to a person besides a house........they should be bending over backwards..........i'm sure u can find another great deal out there........if she really wants it, go for it i guess but I couldn't do that.........

One of my friends was looking at a corvette and the salesperson said he didn't have time to waste on a day dreaming kid........my friend told him he was serious and already had a Viper........sales person didn't believe and wouldn't let him test drive the vette..........next day came back with his viper.........did a burnout in front of the dealership......... then he went to a dealership that was out of town and they treated him great and he bought the vette there...........even at a bit of a higher price just for the customer service. Customer service is a big deal man, i don't think any business that treats you like ass deserves your business. I know I treat all my customers great and go out of my way to make sure they are happy. go get it somewhere else..........come back to that dealership and say "i would have bought it from u, but i went elsewhere and paid more because i value customer service...........bitch"

get it if you want it . no point in losing out on a good deal just because some douche bag was being an asshole over the phone. im sure if you come they will be nice, if they arent nice, tell those wankers to piss off.

I agree that customer service is a great thing and I wouldn't want to give a shitty dealership my business. The thing is these CPO TSX's w/ low mileage and low price are few and far between. Also he is NOT getting the car serviced there since the place is 3 hours away. I don't think 3/4th's of the people replying in this thread read that.
