Hrm naw he just got a ticket for the belt. He was able to talk his way out of the not havin a license. Told them he's studying in the USA and is only there to visit his family who lives there, so thats why he hasnt gotton his license renewed. I was like When the officer said oh okay, get it fixed.

would he actually pay the ticket if hes never going back to costa rica again?
