Default A quick update on the Teg..

As you might remember, the DC4 was hit on the first day of class, about 3 weeks ago. See this thread for the backgound info. While my insurance company is still working to track down the other party and file a claim against them...the Teg went into the shop at noon today to have the damage repaired. :happysad:

So in the mean time, I'm in rental car purgatory with a 2003 Corolla XE(?), Amana refidgerator white.
Compared to the DC, this thing feels f*cking huge. h:

If all goes well, I'll have the Teg back this coming Thursday.

That is all.

Glad things are working out, just don't get used to the Corolla and end up buying one. Now sir I am shocked that you haven't commented in the British cars thread.

The body control and suspension tuning are much better than I expected. And the steering isn't totally numb. It's the high seating position that really bugs me.

And Sean, I'd sooner cut off my left leg than buy a Corolla. The car is not flawed in any way, but it is so disgustingly average that I'd never, ever be attracted to one.

Which is the problem with 90% of Toyota's products.
