Default Had a car accident :wtc:

^2308723508620

I'm gonna be quiet on the details until the dust has settled, but damn... it was like the worst day ever (Girlfriend's car got towed, crazy shit was happening everywhere I went, was nearly hit on the freeway twice before it happened)

Thankfully, no one was hurt seriously, and there was only slight body damage apparent to both cars (It was like a 2001 camary, and it got a broken turn signal, "upset" bumper and a slightly bent front fender. My car got some serious scratches on the bumper, and a slightly bent body panel under the taillight, and there's no alignment issues). And my insurance was going to be rewritten this August to take into effect my nearly clean (1 minor ticket) 4 years of driving before this... Seriously, sometimes I have the timing ever

Yeah... Julie's neck is a little stiff and she got some Neproxin to help with the swelling, but I'm doing well and the other people seemed OK too. Did you just call me man? I got a new cell and I haven't moved all the numbers over yet h:

I have freakin nice insurance to boot... I just don't know how AAA is when it comes to rate adjustments over minor accidents.... Or for that matter, accidents at all. I'm gonna pay for my repairs myself if they render it a no-fault or my-fault case, though, because my deductable is just too high for a minor incident like this. I just wish things could have gone more smoothly than all that's happened recently

Will post pics in a bit...

It's minor :happysad: nothing more than a proverbial kneescrape. Or one of those random bruises that show up after a night of heavy partying. h: It just sucks, especially since I just moved into a nicer, but more expensive, place to live, and my insurance bill is coming up too... I only have a little bit in savings compared to what I normally do, and things just don't seem to be going my way.

Pics of the damage (My car was lucky. Their fender was much more bent and their turn signal was shattered):

Anyone know how much that would cost to make look pretty?

And my Julie  on the day of the accident, a couple hours before
