I know this is slightly off the original topic here, but honestly, I'm not sure how I feel about that. Anyway, just wanted to comment on MIC's point above. I'm in that group - support the troops but not the war. I think the two are in fact, mutually exclusive. I have mixed feelings about the war itself, but generally leaning towards against it. However, I would never ever ever ever criticize the soldiers for doing what they do (excluding war crimes). They are not the ones that made the decision to go to Iraq...all they did was make the decision, by enlisting, to fight for and defend our country with their lives. Nothing but respect for the fighting man/woman, regardless of the leadership.

Mike is right, and this does create a public nuisance

BTW Benjamin, I laughed out loud when you said I was being condescending, your post is a good illustration of the constructive criticism I had about you being a bit strident. I was referring more to the responsibility one has with freedom of expression not to express yourself in ways that could be reasonably expected to create a disturbance/fight/riot(Like hanging a dummy with the wadded up flag for a head, like in this instance, see, now that is condescending, to point out what we are supposed to be talking about when someone can't seem to fathom it). Whether or not Peter Parker needs to listen to his spidey sense was honestly not on my mind.

Hate America, how ridiculous can you be? I seem to remember you criticizing conservatives questioning the patriotism of those that disagree, do we have the proverbial pot calling the kettle black.(You=pot, kettle=me, that was condescending too, in case you were not sure)I would be stunned if you could find one instance of my attacking the Rights of Americans, here, or anywhere I have committed words to paper.

I promise I won't bother you anymore, besides, Epoch and Mr. Fat Booty are the brains of the liberal outfit around here anyway.

By the way, Thomas Jefferson said that "dissent is the highest form of patriotism."
"Men often oppose a thing merely because they have had no agency in planning it, or because it may have been planned by those whom they dislike. "
