I didn't used to growing up, but once I went to college, I didn't want to have to get up in the middle of the night and walk barefoot on my disgusting dorm room floor, so I started wearing them. It kind of stuck after that.

wearing socks to bed can actually lead to an ingrown-toenail because there is no room for your toes to move about.

i only sleep in my boxers - i've been doing it most of my life.
