...when you find yourself spending more and more time listening to the adult contemporary radio station because you think the rock station you have listened to since high school now plays crappy music?

Simple solution: turn off the radio and only listen to CDs, MP3s or sattelite.

Thats me. But replace "rock" with hip hop and R&B.

No. It's so hard to find good music on the radio these days.

They've never really played my favorite music on the radio to begin with.

I hate the radio sometimes, but other times it gets old listening to the same CDs over and over again.

I'd not call it a bad sign at all. I used to listen to KROQ around here all the time, but now I listen to the classic rock stations in the area. kroq started playing a bunch of crappy stuff so I stopped listening.

Sounds like a good idea. Time to start burning some CDs.

KROQ is the station I was referring to...I still listen to Kevin and Bean in the morning, but they don't really play much music that I like anymore (I like some of the newer stuff, but there's much more that I don't like).

I must face the facts, I am getting old (I turn 30 this year).
