Default ****ing stretching!

I go running a few times a week (typically on a treadmill - damn you, winter!). The next day, if I didn't stretch out right after running, my hamstrings feel like strips of leather. Ack.

Oh baby stretch them hamstrings....

You can also stretch when the muscles are artificially warmed up--hot shower, etc.

Ya. Just stretching every day is pretty good exercise, depending of course on what you do.

Well, everyday isn't necessary. The typical stretch will last 48 hours.

My quads and triceps are the only flexible muscles in my body.

I tell people that ten times a day I bet, many if not most injuries are from being too tight.
