i stopped going to napa a few years back because the people that worked there were useless. everytime i went in there was just a bunch of guys sitting around chitchatting and they acted like i was inconveniencing them by asking for help.

Couldn't you tell they were having a conversation? Interupting is not polite.

in jobs like that, you shouldn't be chatting in front of customers and then getting mad because you had a question, no matter what they are talking about. they're job is to help you. If i did that in a secret shop I would have been fired. Now if you interrupt a guy helping a customer, then you should get a dirty look.

odd...everytime i go into NAPA i find them very helpful and courteous.

but maybe its because i'm the only person who is there almost regularly.

It was only my second time in a NAPA.... the regular car shop I go to lub me because I DO know what I'm talking about. :reechy:
