i went 4 days without water or food. i was really sick. still recovering from it. had a really hard time getting my body weight back

 

i went 4 days without food (dental work). lost 10 pounds. ive gained half of it back tho .

 

4days without any water and you'll be dead.

you can live over 10days without food but you can't live without water for 4days even 3days.

you can do some serious damage to you body by doing that. always take in fluids even if your sick. if you are that sick, then you should be in the hospital with a drip

 

well, the only fluids i had were medicine and a bowl of jello, thats all i had during that time. no food at all and no liquids. it was damn near impossible for me to swallow with all the swelling in my throat
