Help me, i just wrecked my car.... :(
this all happened about 45 minutes ago. The conditons outside are really bad,
its been snowing then raining, the snowing again well anyways, i was doing around 30mph ad the guy ahead of me was making a right turn. He was
about 50 yards away, i started braking and i just started sliding, I turned the
steering wheel and i didnt make it past him. i hit his rear bumper hard. he had
a 1987 Olds and there was barely anything wrong with it. but my car is f.cked.
im questing if its totaled or not but i dont know. someone help, if my car IS totaled, what would i be getting back from the insurance? its a 96 civic dx
auto, 70K, cd player, the body was in great condition and the interior is in great shape. if it's not totaled, who will be paying for the repairs? its not a salvage, clean title.

Hrm, well depends on if you have insurance, and the type of policy you have. Do you have full coverage? or just limited liability? If you have full coverage oviously ur company will pay but you will get a point on ur record for an accident. If you have liability they wont pay, only pay for the other person's damages.
Did the other person have any damages? did they ask you for ur insurance? and are they going to report it as an accident?

i do have insurance and i believe i have basic with comprehensive.
the other person did have minor damage
we got a police report so all the info was taken down.
can somone tell me were to find the value of my car?
