Bare with me.
Create an ACTION and name it something...(Windows - Action window - hit "create new action")
-open up a picture
-start recording the ACTION
-Image - Resize to whatever you want
-File - Save File As (Save it into a folder in the desktop)
-Close the image without saving.
-Stop recording action.
After creating that action, you can use the "batch" option...
File - Automate - Batch
-Select what "action" you want to do (whatever you named your resize action)
-Select the folder
-Start it
