not if they think they are too hot to dress like that. Many "hot chicks", atleast around here will never dress down. They are always dressed to impress and that gets annoying.
You can definetly make a cute chick hot. Get her to dress up in a nice dress or sexy outfit and watch them transform

Ok I agree with your points. The hard thing is finding a hot chick that is not high maintance. Good luck finding that in NY. Cali may be different :dunno:
