o and first off, buy her a bottle of alcohol, litterally, get some 100% from the local autozone or gas station and let it clean out the injectors a lil bit, my old car used to love that....

then i'd suggest posibly a detail job to the engine compartment, get er all cleaned up

good question... thatd be nice but pick whoever does it (unless you do it) with care, some ppl screw cars up royally with just a tune up

(ma learned it the hard way, her 85 old's bit the dust and exploded after a tuneup)

that's a good question. when i pull her out of the mothballs this spring i was planning on flushing/changing all the fluids, replacing the belts, and possibly doing a valve lash.

Good idea. I'd say a fresh tune & oil change would be the best way to spend money on the car. Check your hoses too & replace any that are getting soft. I know Goodyear makes these cool "High Miler" hoses that are BLUE and look really cool, but I don't know if they make them for many different cars. They were originally designed for Cop Cars. I know they make them for my 5.0, but then again there were plenty of Mustang Police Interceptors (SSP Mustangs). I think they have expanded the line though. Maybe check it out.
