Anyone else wake up in the middle of the night.. routinely?
I find myself waking up at night, maybe a couple hours before my alarm is set...
why is this? Even when im dead tired. im not talking about waking up at getting up... i mean a glance at the clock.. and falling back asleep...

yea, i get up around like 3-4am. it sucks, pisses me off because it used to be just glancing at the clock, then it turned into looking at the clock for like 1 hour. sucks in the morning, i have no energy.

sometimes when i sleep face down i get a raging boner/morning wood and it pushes my waist up and my butt sticks out and i get so uncomfortable i just wake up.

I almost always wake up 10-15 minutes before my alarm goes off. The weird thing is I set it for different times almost every day because of my work schedule. If you want to call it a schedule that is. I need some structure and monotony, i'm going crazy.

I used to have some troubles with insomnia, especially in the summer. I struggled with it for a while, but I think I'm over it. My best advice is to get yourself going to bed before 10 EVERY night. Another thing that helps is a pet. If you have a cat or a dog try bringing it to bed. Also, get more excercise during the day.
