If you call my help desk looking for help, please don't be irate and irritated with me. Especially if you're the one that's lagging. Especially if you're the one having password issues. And ESPECIALLY if you had us reset your password a week ago, and suddenly for the last week, your second computer's connection was the one that was failing because you forgot to change your passwords accordingly
