thurs my head and back hurt
i thought nothing of it since it didnt hurt too bad so i was whatever and went to work

then on fri it didnt get better but still i was whatever
after work on fri i went out shopping, smoked

on sat i went to school all day and i started burning up in my afternoon class
then i realized i had a fever
that nite i had chills and my shoulders - traps - ached like nothing i ever felt before

on sunday i had a full on fever, alternating between being bery hot and bery cold
i rested as much as i can but as of now my head hurts and my temperature is down under fever level but i still called sick

take the typical meds and if you don't feel better by tomorrow, see a doctor.

don't forget to keep yourself hydrated too.

 

sounds like the flu. You get sore and stiff before you get the flu.

i was experiencing flu symptoms all weekend. today i feel slightly better but it could just as easily start again.

 

Ibuprofen, lots of gatorade and fruit juice, sleep, repeat as needed.
