For $15,000 you can get a 99 TL, for sure. You might even be able to get a certified pre-owned TL.

Here's a tip: I had a 95 Integra LS coupe, and it was a blast, but the 97-01 cars are a little bit better in a couple of ways.

Those TL's have that crazy 2nd gear automatic transmission problem. People run through those transmissions fast. Some people are like on their 4th one or something. I would not suggest that.
