Default Password protecting on XP home

Well, my friend moved into a new dorm and her roomate has a friend that likes to go on my friend's computer (it's a nice, new dell and well, her friend has an eMac so you can imagine why...).

But the fuggor adjusts the settings like WHOA. I went on it and said "oh is this this the blind people's PC?" fdjksaj;fds ass. Now she has her username password protected but not the other one. Is there anyway she can password protect it, and if no password/wrong password is put in, it will shut off?

Same computer. I remeber at the hospital that if somebody put in the wrong password that the computer would shut off.

just have her set up a user acount and password protect it and then rightclick on the desktop and goto properties

on the screensaver tab have it go to the home screen on idle or have it lock on idle (depending wether she uses classic logon or home screen logon)

Right. And make a visitor account for the friend (without a password which allows multiple friends to use it) but will not have administrative privilages. No admin privilage = can't touch the settings or use many of the system tools and junk and stuff.
