true story. This should be up the the employer. I don't think they should get jail time or be banned from the airways. This was enough. It'll be very unlikely they'll get a job in broadcasting again, and they get to deal with the fact that people hate them now.

The government should not be reprimanding anyone for exercising freedom of speech. What, precisely, would you like the FCC to do? Impose a fine for bad taste and poor judgement?
