Default The other guy's insurance

Will not give up on trying to get me to give them a statement. They have called today and yesterday.

And each time I give them the number for state farm and my claim number with them and tell them to contact them.

They even wanted to know where my car was because it wasn't at the towing place. I told them it was being fixed.

I don't think I should have to give them a statement if I already went through my insurance to get my car fixed. What is so difficult with them talking to my insurance company? It's been 3 weeks since the accident, I gave my other statements a day after. I think they just want me to say something different.

Yeap they might try to see if you give a different statement.
Your right though. Direct them to your insurance company or better yet have them read the police report.

Another weird thing....the lady's message said she wanted to know about injuries. Well, his insurance isn't paying for that because of NYS "no-fault." So why does that matter to herrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

If anything have ur insurance pay for it and they will go after his insurance for reimbursement.

also just deal with ur insurance. After all is paid they'll go after his insurance.

Ahh you are entirely missing the point. They are worried about you filing a lawsuit. Thats why they want to know about your injuries & get you to make a statement, so that they will be able to use it against you in a lawsuit. Don't talk to them. Also, if you retain an attourney, they can no longer discuss the matter with you, they can only talk to your lawyer. If you have any serious injuries you should definitely see a good lawyer. It won't cost you anything either, at least not out of pocket. They will take 1/3 of your settlement as payment. I got rear-ended and suffered whiplash injuries about 8 years ago. No broken bones or anything. I had to treat with a chiropractor & I also went for massage therapy which totally ruled. My first settlement offer was $3,000, which I refused. Then they offered $5000, $8000, and finally $12,500 which I accepted. My lazy scumbag lawyer wanted me to settle for $3000 so he didn't have to do any work. He told me all kinds of BS about how I didn't really have a case etc. Don't listen to them, hold out for a better offer. After they paid out some expenses and took their 1/3 fee I walked away with just shy of eight grand.

I'm not going to get a lawyer over this, I just wish they'd leave me alone.

I'm sorry, I haven't been around much and I don't know about your accident. I'm assuming that you are OK? Hopefully anyway. I'm assuming that if you aren't going to sue than you weren't hurt too badly. The other insurance company is just trying to cover their own ass. If they call again you can just tell them that you would like them to leave you alone and if they persist in calling you will retain an attourney and they can direct any inquiries that way. That should shut them up.

Anyway, sorry to hear about your accident and I hope you are OK. Work with any more sluts lately? LOL

That's cool. I miss chemistry & physics labs. They were so much fun.
