I usually do. I hate long sleeves if I have to wear them. But in the winter now I usually wear t-shirts with my parka.

Depends on the shirt. I almost always roll them up when I drive because oversized cuffs get in the way of my hand and the steering wheel (not talking massive cuffs, just ones that cover your hand like when wearing a hoody).
