Default tints

what kind of tints can i get away with in conneticut, and what would look best on a sherwood peral green (dark pearl type green) accord 5th and a half gen (96') 4 door.

i was thinking like 20's in the rear and 30's all around

Most states only have restrictions on the percentage of transparency and whether or not mirror tint is allowed. If the tint you are talking about is reflective and your state doesn't allow it, forget it.

CT is strict, 35% all around except for the back window, which can be any percentage. You have it better than me though, I can only have 35% in the back.

damn, o well, maybe 35% all around (it's better than nothing) and 20 in the rear, anyone have pics of a darker colored accord with these specs or close to it?

I have 35% all around, it's a dark car with a dark interior, so maybe it accents the tint, but it's dark enough.

I have 30% (i think...i told them to go as dark as possible w/o gettin a ticket)all around on top of the stock tint. Its black tint and is really dark. Down here they dont harass though b/c of the heat.

35 is def. reasonable. 30 is pretty dark. hard to see out of in the rain etc. at night....but its great at keepin the car cooler in the summer
