the bolts on my exhaust manifold stripped


took us 2 hours on 1 bolt h:

yeah... we had to weld nuts to what was left of the bolt, and extract them that way... talk about a pain h:

i think we took WD-40, re-threading kit, hammer, and an air gun to it h: h:

JDM 4-1...welded on the outside, ported on the inside.

Thanks for the help Teg92, God knows I couldn't of done that alone, I owe you one. I'm still rockin the stock cat because the carsound one from kteller.com was a good three inches short.

I remember that. So far, there is no bolt that we can't get off.

I think getting the stud off was a bigger pain...well the one with the messed up threads on the stud. Marc fixed that one.

Btw, nice Comptech Header.
