It's pretty hard to beat the car you already have if you want to stay within the Honda family and are on a budget. I guess there's always the Toyota Corolla or the Mazda Protege.

I think a lot of Honda cars are high on insurance, it'd be actually best to stay away from a civic or integra if you want to save money there.
