Grrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gah! i had a 2nd interview last Thursday at a salon for a Massage Therapist position. My 1st interview was awesome and hte 2nd one was alomst as great. I felt really good about it....until the salon manager just called me and told me that after their staff meeting yesterday, they realized that now isnt the best time to add another massage therapist.
They're doing renovations to the upstairs of the salon and i guess don't really have room for 2 MT's until that's finished. But she said they all really liked me and they'll keep my resume and everything from my inteviews on file and call me in a few months to see where i am and what im doing.
...approaching rock bottom at a very quick pace now. $10 in my checking account. empty savings account. my phone's about to be shut off, as is my cable. my health ins was already cancled b/c i couldnt afford it. my student loans are 3 months behind, my life ins is 2 months behind..the rest of my credit card bills are late....i'm absolutely ****ed.
There's nothing like walking out of the most promising job lead so far, then being turned down.
heh.
/pity party.

well....if you do hit rockbottom.... at least you know the only way to go is up.
seriously though, like deek said, you should find ANY job for now just to keep you afloat until things start to turn better. put your pride aside, and just find anything that'll help pay the bills.....cuz any money is better than no money.
