Thanks to my neo Nazi over working boss, who believes we are all cheap labor and pays me the bare minimum for being a research assistant, I ended up getting a C in a class I was required to get a B in. That is sadly automatic probation in our department and I had to spend all day yesterday ensuring that didn't happen. My Tuesdays suck because I have class all day, and he decides to call me and wants me to explain why I haven't been in work. I explain to him that I have told people at work that if I am not in then they should call me or email me because I have a laptop that has all my work stuff. Nope that doesn't make sense to him and he reminds me how I need to be at work. I remind him that my academia comes first and all my projects are either done or almost done.

I am turning in my 2 weeks notice tomorrow... f*ck this... if he gives me hell then I'll tell him to shove it and remind him how if he paid me better I might have stuck around.

Its funny... I work anywhere from 30-35 hrs a week. I get paid $700 a month, comes to a piss poor $5 an hour.
