i was in a very small garage when these kids decided to pour hot wax on gunpowder to make bombs or something, when one exploded and then blew up the case of gunpowder. that was scary, but no one got hurt.

-April 16, 1997.

Miami FL,
Driving with my bestfriend in his civic. He takes the on ramp to fast to get onto the florida turnpike ( by the SW8th street entrance )
The car oversteers on the turn ( in the rain ) We spin onto the highway 3 cars hit our car on the passenger side door. They must of been doing about 60mph.

4 car pile up, I wake up in the hospital4 days later.
I had:
Two Broken ribs
Collasped lung ( rib punctured it )
Bruised Kidney
Broken right femur
Dislocated right shoulder when seat belt stopped me from exiting out the windshield.

Those were the injuries received ( Jackson Memorial Hospital sucks btw )
The driver suffered a broken finger and several stiches across his chin.

Full recovery for us.

One year later ( March 8, 1998 ) My bestfriend was racing some prelude heading north on sw137ave and close to sunset when he loses control, hits the curb, car becomes airborne and hits the tree sideways at about 90mph.
Instantly kills him, his younger sister ( the month after the accident would of been her 15's ) cousin and friend were ejected from vehicle and found several yards away. ( like 70- 80 yards away ).

Several... I've gotten myself out of many a hairy situation (the two most memorable involving 18 wheelers) and then there was the time when my sister's car went in the lake when I was 6. h:

There was another time.. I was at a red light... and it turned green.. and for some reason I purposly heasitated....(I'm always trigger happy when it comes to lights... greenGOOO!!!) suddenly a car comes FLYING through the intersection and had I gone.. would have T-boned me right on my side.

Spun out on a highway in the early part of rushhour going about 70. I hit a huge pothole which turned my steering wheel alot, my car got airborn on the right side, and I tried to counter the steer, when the car's right side landed, the car spun out. I was in the middle lane, a car was passing me at the time in the fast lane, missed him by about a foot, everyone else behind slowed down enough that I didn't hit them. I got a badly dented rim and my tired was shredded. I ended up over in the right lane facing oncoming traffic.

Incoming mortar rounds, OIF II. Enemy fire at night, OIF II. I think I may tell the story on my site sometime, but in a nutshell I should be dead twice. My Guardian Angel > *

Those things are no firecrackers... At least your friend will collect a nice check from the govt. each month for the rest of his life because of that, but it still sucks to be deaf in one ear.
