performance wise which is better g35 or 350z?
For driving around on the street they are close enough. If you want the absolute lightest version that's the Z. If you want to avoid electronic nannery entirely you need to get a base model and then add an LSD and big brakes. Or if you can live with traction control ( I think it has an off switch?) then you can get a viscous LSD and a coupla other nice things like Xenon headlights in the Enthusiast model. So if I were getting a Z I'd get an Enthusiast at a few grand below sticker then add a Stoptech 4-wheel big brake kit and come out several thousand dollars cheaper than a Track model. The OEM Brembo replacement parts are too expensive anyway.
