Manual or Automatic?!
I have an auto Civic for a daily driver. My bike is WAY more than enough to satisfy my need to get up to speed fast. 0 - 60 in like 4 seconds in 2nd gear.
When I have a car worth more than 2 grand that I don't plan on driving in the rain and sh!t and putting an unlimited number of miles on it every day, it'll be something newer and nicer and it'll be a manual.

Blah blah blah to those people that say auto trannies are for those who cant drive. Realize the fact that a car can be a toy to some, but also a transportation device to others. I have driven an auto tranny all my life. I have also driven a couple manual trannies here and there. And for the purposes that a car does for me, automatic all the way. I would HATE to be caught in Bay Area traffic with a manual day after day after day after day.
However for a weekend car, manual all the way.
